Christine Wallace

Christine brings years of insurance experience to her role as Employee Benefits Senior Account Professional with Pacific Benefit Planners. She assists in designing and managing clients’ employee benefits plans. She works with carriers to obtain plan information and rates tailored to prospect and client requests and demographics. She coordinates with the agent to provide proposals that assist prospects and clients in making decisions regarding their benefit plan design. Christine works with group administrators to provide training, insurance knowledge and customer service as well as assisting employees with plan information and claims adjudication. She applies her exceptional communication and correspondence skills to maintain effective carrier and client relationships and client service satisfaction.

Prior to Pacific Benefit Planners, Christine worked as a licensed Workers’ Compensation claims adjuster for Liberty NW. She coordinated medical claims, researched employer and employee policy and claims questions, made final decisions regarding claims processing, and monitored legal process to claims resolution.
